95 Days

I just created this blog to track the next 95 days leading up to the New England Sectional Crossfit Games Qualifier. I don't expect anyone to read this so I apologize in advance if I use an excessive number of expletives when talking about training/results/etc.

As of today, my right wrist is fucked up. I tweaked it doing heavy snatches about two weeks ago and today I was unable to do a snatch balance with an unloaded bar without pain. I'll need a couple weeks of recovery before I try anything else oh squat/snatch related.
