87 days

I've been slacking here, but I think I'm getting back on track today with posts.

The gym down the street is actually pretty good, although it is absolutely a "fitness center" but I can get around that since they didn't give me a hard time for doing heavy deadlifts today. At least they're doing something right. I'm sure if I drop 135# in a failed snatch or something like that they'll change their tune, but to be honest if any of you guys dropped 135# in steel plates on the floor at the gym I would be pretty pissed myself.

I skied about 10 or 12 runs today by myself, so they didn't take too long but I had a blast. I've noticed my feet are quicker (thank you Olympic lifting and agility drills) through the bumps, and then I feel like the better I get at the bumps, the better my O lifts and overall fitness will get. I'm going to post something about the Practical Application of Crossfit later on AOF, so I'll get more into that there...

I won't do all of my meals, but here is most of what I've been eating so far this week
--5 egg omelette with cheese, bacon, broccoli, onions
--chicken breast with bacon and cheese w/ sauteed onions, broccoli, red peppers
--had a phenomenal burger at Charity's the other night with a couple Guinness
--been snacking on apples w/ peanut butter
--at least 10 fish oil everday along with multi vitamins
--i'm cooking up some bacon cheeseburgers right now
--labatt blue
