And I've slacked again...been busy with Christmas, etc. so I'm back now for some posts.

Got in a decent workout on Saturday with some heavy clean and jerks (which I haven't done in about 2 or 3 weeks) and a quick metcon that I didn't do too well with...

that's less than my max of 225, but like I said, I haven't done anything anywhere near that heavy in a couple of weeks so I was happy. Wrist felt really good and I gave it a little tape for the extra stability.

I think this one should be a sub-4 workout (1 minute each for dips and pullups, 1:40 or so for the row) but after taking a week of limited workouts, I'm happy with how Saturday went. I'm looking forward to doing some back squats on Monday and I may even try to get a longer range (15 to 20 minute) workout in at some point early this week.

Still not sure about the snatch, I did a few overhead squats with an unloaded bar yesterday and they felt ok, but I don't want to have a bunch of weight coming down on my wrist in the form of a snatch and find out that it hasn't recovered all the way yet. We shall see.
