Yea, I'm just going to do a countdown in the subject line because it's fucking easier than trying to come up with a title everyday (2 titles, actually, since I have to put one on the AOF page too) and because then I don't have to waste my time trying to figure out what day of the countdown it is.

I had planned to do shouler press today, but with the recent wrist issues I didn't even attempt it. Instead, I did some back squats (not heavy since we did heavy ones on Monday) and then got into a metcon that I want a second shot at. I feel like Jerry when he's begging Elaine for another try at it--"give me another shot, I swear I can do it".

I think this is a sub-10 workout but for some reason I was slow today. but that's my goal for next time.

*Q posted in the comments yesterday that my "breakfast" wasn't actually a breakfast. I know. But when I'm strapped for time in the morning I eat what I can.

lunch
beef & broccoli and a little bit of rice (sure, Chinese isn't the best food, but hot damn was it delicious)
more fish earl

dinner
made up some chicken/spicy sausage/broccoli/onions (which I also have for lunch)
milk
fish oil
some pepperoni and cheese

think about all the oil in the chinese food...there are some fats...
