Ninety2

Rest day today. I needed it. Although I took it easy yesterday with only doing the deadlifts (I half thought of doing a metcon at night but decided against it), my body was still hurting and begging for a day off.

I went through and programmed a bunch of weeks about a month ago, but those workouts are coming to an end here. I am spending next week in Vermont, where I'm not sure about actually going to a gym to do workouts. I am thinking that I will bring a sandbag up with me and work with that, pushups, burpees, squats, and the dumbbells that Alex has up there at the house.

After a week away from heavy weight and the rest of the gym, my plan is to go onto a multi-workout-per-day cycle, probably something like this--
