67 days

Coming up on 2 months to go here, and I'm not overly happy with my progress as of late. Bivona and Dupuis are both out this week, so there's no one at AOF in the morning. I've also been moving stuff out of my apartment, so I'm allowing myself an extra hour and a half or so of sleep in the morning and getting the workout done at some point during the day. It feels amazing. I'm hoping that this week will leave me feeling fresh.

Yesterday I did clean and jerks and OH squats (both for the first time in about 3 or 4 weeks because of my wrist) and I felt surprisingly strong on both.

Clean and Jerk - 215 x 1 x 5 sets
OH squat - 165 x 3 x 3 sets

This is a lot more weighted pullups than I have done in the past, but I feel like my pullups are something that I could probably use some work with. Although they felt pretty good last Friday when I did the mini wallball/pullup disaster wearing the 33 pound vest. That was fun.
