66 days to go. This week of rest/work is awesome so far. Sleeping in all mornings so far has paid off and I'm feeling refreshed. Getting heavy workouts in during the day when I can has been great too. If only I operated the gym full time. I could and would do multiple workouts most days--in the morning before people came in and around mid-day when it was slow. Someday. Someday I will be a badass firebreathing son of a bitch. But until then, I'm just a bitch who sits behind a desk, bringing nothing important to anyone really, and working out around a shitty work schedule. I'm not making excuses, but I bet that most of the elite crossfitters aren't sitting behind desks for 9 hours a day for some big companies.
It's not fair, but I guess I got myself into this. If only I had known how shitty this career would be when I was in school...

maybe some heavy bag....
Love me some shoulder press. I may even hop in on the bench with the 5:45 crew to see how it goes...we'll see
