Felt good to be back in the gym this morning...even though I got there late...I realized that I haven't had to wake up to an alarm before 9 am in about a week and a half, so today and tomorrow will take some getting used to again.
All of this rest and sleep over the past week or so has felt great, and with the exception of my right wrist (still) I'm feeling phenomenal and will be ready to go at this hard starting on Monday.
The rest of this week will be somewhat pieced together, mixing in a few workouts, skiing, some partying, and searching for a future ex-wife. I'll also take some time this week to plan out the month of January with workouts, most likely following a schedule like the one that I posted on here last week...
