eighty1

I was able to wake up earlier today, but I felt a little under the weather when I finally got out of bed. Needless to say I'm going to crank the multivitamins and water all day long and I'm thinking about running over to CVS to grab either some of those delicious chewable vitamin C things or maybe some dayquill.

Planning on sticking with 5 rep workouts this week--thrusters sunday, squats Monday, shoulder press today, and deadlift tomorrow. I'm going to use my day off tomorrow to hopefully get a lot of my workouts for the next month or 2 down on paper.

Again, I'm not going into this sectional thing thinking that I'm going to win it, but if I go into it and I know that I could have programmed better for the months leading up to it or that I slacked on workouts then I'm going to be pissed and I'll probably break my New Years Resolution, which is to not break anything out of anger for an entire calendar year.

tried some of those inverted hangs on the rings...I think I'd feel more comfortable with some padding under my head...
