60...I think I'm back

Injury wasn't all that bad for hockey last night. I think I'm ok. Hopefully going to snatch at lunch today and see how it goes. My goal is to hit at least 150--which I think is a good re-starting point after not snatching for a while because of my wrist. We'll see how it goes. PM workout will be light back squats and some GHD/back extensions.

I want to say (as I kick a shopping cart) "I am back", but we'll see if that's the case tomorrow morning. Been having some serious trouble waking up in the morning for workouts. Let's get serious here.

AWESOME lunchtime workout. Snatch and some GHD situps. Felt great and got me back into the swing here.

Snatch felt really good at 135# and I jumped to 145# for my first 2 singles. Those were feeling light so I bumped it to 150#, which went up easier than expected. Same with 155#. Then I figured, why not try the ol' PR. I nailed 160#, even after not snatching for about a month with the wrist injury. Ankle felt fine lifting and I did a bunch of double unders to warm up and it was not a problem. Still sore now, but at least not when I'm doing movements like that. Very promising.
