61...and I am injured

solid weekend of skiing. the more and more I push myself on the teles, the more I don't feel bad about missing workouts on the weekends. This weekend was excellent, as I skied the hardest terrain that I've ever been on with the teles in my short career (still only have about 15 days on them, but improving a lot everytime I go out there). Got some rest, but the worst part is that I tweaked something in my right knee and ankle.

My right ski hit and got stuck under a branch on Sunday, twisting my leg around, and pulling on my knee and ankle. I felt a lot of pressure on both joints and screamed in pain. It was not fun. I was somewhat nervous to stand back up on it, but it wasn't all that painful after I kept moving around.

Got some ice on it back at the house last night, but then the 4 hour ride home in the snow didn't help. It was getting painful to move my foot from the gas to the brake. Not cool. So, I'm not sure how it's going to react in the gym. Walking is ok, but any kind of rotation is not cool, and I'm not sure if I can squat, jump, run, clean, deadlift, snatch, etc. right now. I'm a little nervous to see how it feels.

Monday Workout
snatch - 90% x 1 x 5

4 rounds for time:
7 deadlifts, 1.5x bodyweight
50 double unders
