I've been slacking as far as posting stuff on here. Weekend was solid, tried out cross country skiing, which is a decent workout.
Monday was a solid lunchtime WOD since I was gassed from hockey the night before.

Tuesday was another solid workout day. AM strength, lunchtime metcon
split jerks 3 x 5

100 pullups for time (3 burpees every time off the bar)
7:50 +24 burpees
